Issues Relating To Your password.

My password isn't accepted

If this is the first time that you have used your password then please check that you have typed it correctly. For security reasons some passwords contain awkward characters so you must be careful in this regard. If you are still not successful then we would recommend you use the forgotton password link below to receive a new password.

You must also ensure that the login name or email address you are using is the correct one. It may be possible that you are using a different email address for login than the one you gave to Paypal at subscription. The login email address is the same as that contained in your registration email.

I haven't received my password

Whilst most passwords are delivered 'instantly,' please allow up to 2 hours for delivery of your password. Our accounts are automatically and electronically generated, this can lead to some Email clients, on occasion, rejecting your login email as 'spam' or 'trash'. We would urge you to check these folders for your activation email.

Paypal doesn't check the validity of the email you use at subscription and you may have given a different email to the one you regularly use. Please check the specific email address you gave at subscription for your activation email.

Sofware Issues At The Time Of Login

The Page Doesn't Load

Occasionally during very busy times and with a slow internet connection you may experience a delay in loading the page. If after sometime it fails to load then you can try using the 'F5' key or the refresh button to try and load the page again. We recommend you use a broadband connection to access our services as they are media intensive.

Sometimes the page may fail to load if you are using a very old web browser or an older system. You should upgrade to the latest versions in order to resolve this issue. Instructions on how to do this can be found on our technical support page.
